Returns & Exchanges

At The Lullaby Club, we want you to love your purchase and offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Outcome

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a store credit to use on a future order.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided shipping label, then drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your store credit or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
